.Enabling MP3 Playback

By Default Desktop Versions like Fedora Doesn't include MP3 playback Due To Some Licensing issues, which i think is "BS" !

To enable it, just do the following:

 Install the latest rpmfusion repo:

Fedora 12, 13 and 14:

su -c yum localinstall --nogpgcheck http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm
Fedora 14 and Up:
su -c 'yum localinstall --nogpgcheck http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm'

For Other Distros you can check for instructions at the official rpmfusion webiste:

http://rpmfusion.org/Configuration

After that install the following packages:

gstreamer-plugins-bad

gstreamer-ffmpeg

gstreamer-plugins-ugly

For MUSIC Players, you can download RHYTHMBOX, BANSHEE or GTKPOD : All of them have support for syncing music to your ipods (maybe not the latest models, but they will add it soon).
